The Friends of the Bloomfield Library is having a soup supper and live auction to raise funds to purchase new items for the children's library space that has been added on to our 1913 library building. We also need funds to improve our ability to offer quality programming for all the children of the community. We already sponor a monthly story time at the library during the school year. We also sponsor the summer reading program. We had an Abraham Lincoln inpersonator come to the school for the fifth graders last spring. We would like to be able to expand on these activities.
