To Whom It May Concern,

Every school year Fryberger Elementary PTA holds a few fundraisers, this year we would like to host a car show. The proposed event will be held from 8:00am to Noon on Saturday May 17, 2025 at Fryberger Elementary School. With the money raised, PTA is able to provide additional school programs such as music and art programs, assemblies, fund field trips and create a fun learning environment for our children. Lastly, the funds help bring programs and experiences to socioeconomically disadvantaged families and their children.

We are reaching out to our local community, businesses and merchants for attendance and for donations to the silent auction such as merchandise, food, gift certificates, gift baskets and/or their services.

We are also currently looking for sports cars, motorcycles, interesting and unique vehicles, classic cars, lowriders, and hot rods! If you or anyone you know is interested in bringing their car, we are selling spots for only $20!

● Vehicle spots will be $20 each.
● 10 x 10 Vending space will be $50
