Description
This year, at Dr. Ethel Allen, we want to have a carnival to celebrate the students and all of their hardwork. This year we have improved in our reading scores across all grades K-8 as well as attendance. Students in our community face a variety of barriers simply to make it to school. In Dr. Ethel Allen we have a high student homeless population. We are located in a high poverty and high crime area. We just want our stuents to have the best time of their lives while celebrating during our carnival!
