Dear Sir/Madam, 

I am writing to you on behalf of Doncrest Public School in Richmond Hill.

We are a kindergarten to Grade 8 elementary school with a student population in excess of 670 and growing. Our students reflect the diverse, multicultural community of Richmond Hill. Our school boundaries are Bayview Avenue to Highway 404 and from 16th Avenue to Highway 407, but our interests and enthusiasm for learning have no boundaries.

On Thursday, June 6th, 2024 we will be hosting a BBQ at Doncrest Public School to bring together our community. Our event is from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm and features inflatables, food, music, activities, and a raffle table. We would like to ask for your support of the raffle of goods and services to add to our raffle table.

Proceeds earned from the raffle will be used by the School to augment student learning through programs such as extracurricular activities, community, and cultural events, books for the library, updated technology, and new sports equipment. We would sincerely appreciate your assistance.
