Our school, of approximately 300 students, relies heavily on our PTA to provide funding for various school programs such as field trips, cultural arts assemblies, classroom supplies, playground equipment and other materials that enhance our children’s educational experience.

Each year the PTA organizes several fundraisers to raise money for these supplies and activities. One of the events we host is the annual Fun Run. The event not only promotes healthy and active lifestyles but also serves as a large fundraiser for our PTA. Our students are tasked with soliciting donations from their friends and families to sponsor them in their run. In exchange for raising the funds, students are treated to several incentives along the way. One of those incentives is entries into a raffle.

We are contacting you and other local businesses asking for your support to help make this a successful event. We ask that you please consider contributing either an item to be included in the raffle or a cash donation that could be used towards purchasing raffle items.

In addition to supporting a great cause, awesome school and even more awesome kids, your name will be prominently displayed at the event as to introduce your business and support to our families, friends and community. What a wonderful way to show support to the Williams Township community!

This event is being held on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at the Williams Township Elementary School. The raffles will be drawn the day of the event.
