The Madera Elementary Foundation (MEF), a non-profit, all volunteer-run organization, is committed to providing our students with valuable educational programs which are not funded by our school district. These programs have included music, art, garden, field trips, classroom supplies, and more. While we raise a vast majority of the funds needed for these programs directly from our students’ families, we also rely on contributions from businesses for the annual Auction (our biggest fundraising event!) that is usually done in conjunction with the Gala, a special event attended by approximately 150 guests, composed of Madera families, alumni, and local community members.

Last year, the MEF Gala was canceled due to the global pandemic, but we are excited to announce that we will be reviving it and holding it on May 7, 2022. We recognize that this last year has been a difficult year for many businesses and are extremely grateful for any support or donation you can provide. We would welcome the opportunity to work with you to support our local public school, while advertising your business to a targeted audience. Any marketing material for the Gala will reach over 1,500 local residents during a 3-month promotional period leading up to the event.
