I am writing on behalf of Jamestown Elementary School PTA in Arlington.  I am a parent volunteer for our Gala and Winter Auction, which will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at Washington Golf & Country Club.  We are looking to our local community to help support our fundraising efforts; this is our main fundraiser event of the year.  Proceeds from the event will help raise money for PTA efforts such as teacher enrichment, wellness programs, library materials, technology upgrades and community outreach.  

In order to make our auction a success, we are asking local businesses for donations.  In addition to supporting Jamestown, this is a great opportunity to get in front of almost 400 families in Arlington.  

We hope you will consider donating an item, gift card or service.  Alternatively, a cash donation or sponsorship can be made. Any contribution big or small makes a difference to our children. In return, we encourage you to send display brochures, cards, and signage that we can use to promote your business during the auction.   The value of your donation is tax deductible (Tax ID #54-1554181).
