Description
We are a non-profit community theatre in Carlsbad, CA and we are looking for items to auction off at our upcoming 30th anniversary GALA. Carlsbad Community Theatre GALA event will take place on August 9th, 2013 and will be prior to our opening night of our summer production The Sound of Music. We are expecting a crowd of about 450 people. Our award winning group offers performing arts opportunities to those in the community that are actors, dancers, singers, musicians, directors, choreographers or just audience viewers. Our working board is a volunteer group making this all happen for the community and we depend on outside organizations to help us achieve in keeping performing arts alive. Our donors will be publicized in the playbill for our 30th anniversary show "The Sound of Music" that will be seen by 3600 patrons through the run of our show. Also, we will be posting on our social media tagging donors as well as offering branding opportunities on our website sponsorship page. Lastly, your logo and contact information will be displayed on a separate GALA silent auction brochure and on the silent auction bidding block.
