The Garden of Giving Women's Luncheon attracts 200 women in an event that raises awareness of the plight of women and children facing shelter and food instability while raising money to support the comprehensive programming JOURNEYS | The Road Home offers those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in northwest suburban Cook County, IL. 

JOURNEYS services are offered for free to anyone who needs assistance and welcomes all individuals and families in a safe environment. Last year 787 clients were served including 30 veterans and 110 children. We provide ongoing case management offering vocational, housing, and mental health counseling; PADS shelters for overnight relief and a hot meal; a food pantry; clothing closet; nurse practitioner; laundry; showers; and much more. 

The Garden of Giving Women's Luncheon is one of three annual fundraisers to continue to assist our neighbors in need. The event relies on donations for the silent auction, basket raffle and wine pull to raise money in addition to lunch ticket sales and sponsorships.
