The Spring Garden Elementary PTA will be hosting our annual Garden Party fundraiser on Saturday, May 13, 2023 from 10a.m. to 3p.m. Garden Party is a day of fun that consists of games, activities, crafts, food, and a silent auction. We typically see an attendance of 300-400 people. All proceeds raised from the day go towards supporting our students and staff by providing funds for academic enrichment programs as well as events and activities to promote family engagement.
The silent auction at the Garden Party is one of the highlights of the day. We are asking businesses and organizarions to contribute to our silent auction to help make it a success. The items up for bid in prior years have included merchandise, attraction passes/event tickets, gift baskets, and gift certificates. Additionally, we would love to display promotional materials at the auction to further advertise participation in our event. This could include flyers, brochures, business cards, catalogs, etc. Promotional materials, along with donations, can be sent to the school at the address provided below.
