The Afiya Center is hosting its 12th Annual “Get Tested, Grab A Bite” event on June 28, 2025, at The Afiya Center: 4373 S. Hampton Rd. Dr, Dallas, TX 75232. Historically, each year we have been able to serve over 200 individuals and provide HIV along with other STI testing for more than 100 of those individuals. The success of our testing event year after year is only possible because of people like you. 

The HIV/AIDS epidemic has disproportionately impacted the Black community, and in Dallas, Black community members continue to be diagnosed at higher rates. Get Tested. Grab A Bite. is a vital community event that brings needed awareness to womxn’s reproductive health rights and the high incidence of HIV/AIDS. This year, we are seeking your support for this event and hope you will consider making an in-kind donation.
