Scouting is an adventure of a lifetime!  Countless volunteers and community partners work together to support the mission of the BSA- to prepare young peoople to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.  Now, more than ever, our youth need a program that will build confidence and slef-esteem, develop leadership skills, instill a sense of involvment, and prepare them to navigate the demands of a rapidly changing world.  

On Friday, November 10th, Twin Lights, Middlesex and Thunderbird Districts of Monmouth Council will be hosting a gift auction and cornhole tournement  to help raise critical funds for programs that has helped generations of young people become responsible adults. 

In-kind donations of goods, services, gift cards, merchandise or other items would certainly help make our event a sucess.  Any contribution- no matter how small- is greatly appreciated!  Will you help us celebrate the accomplishments of Scouting and help us provide for the future?

Some of the many programs and services your donations will support:

Camperships- grants to help off-set costs of summper camp for families of underprivilaged youth

Exploring- career exploration program which provides real-life experiences with various career opportunities such as law enforcement and health care

Training classes for volunteers to empower them with knowledge and skills to deliver the best possible program to their packs and troops

Outdoor Adventure- the promise to youth when they join scouting.  Our many activites include but are not limited to- camping opportunities, pinewood derby, leadership programs, fishing, conservation, outdoor ethics programs, high adventure and much, much more!
