Gladhander is one of Traverse City's oldest and most prestigious gala events. Guests enjoy dinner and refreshments while participating in a live auction.  Other features of the evening are the silent auction, themed events and the drawing of the legendary car raffle.  This event supports the Grand Traverse Area Catholic Schools and the approximately 1000 students who attend.  Proceeds are generated for student tuition scholarships and teacher salaries.

All donors are recognized in our catalog that is delivered to our guests one week prior to the event and at the event with a display.

Gladhander is actually a two day event.  The night before the main event we host a Preview Night that is open to the public at no charge.  It is our way of thanking all of our supporters.  The publis is able to view all the donations, including the donors.  Attendance has been approximately 700. We typicalyy host 550 guests at our Main Event.  The attendance does not include the over 300 volunteers on hand at both events.
