GO! Contemporary Dance Works will host its annual fundraiser, the Go!d Gala, on Friday November 8, 2019 at the Foundry, from 7:00-11:00pm.  The evening will begin with a dinner buffet, cocktails, and silent auction, continue with a short program about the Company and introduction of the 2019 GO! Contemporary Dance Works Company, and culminate with dancing to the sounds of The Streamliners Swing Orchestra. 

Artistic Director, Lisa Hall McKee, aims to link athletics and dance and then present them in a venue that elevates enthusiasm for dance in the community. GO! is known for blending contemporary ballet and modern dance with daring athleticism that appeals to audiences far beyond the devoted dancegoer. GO! donates tickets to any non-profit children’s group in the area to attend its annual show. Through this, hundreds of East Tennessee children have been able to attend and experience dance in a new and exciting way.
