Award-winning singer/songwriter Rivers Rutherford has been the man behind the scenes for many popular hits. He’s written music for country artists such as Tim McGraw, Brad Paisley, Dolly Parton, and Brooks & Dunn, to name a few.

 How does he come up with an idea for a song? Each song is different and so is the story behind it. You’ll get to hear the music and the stories from Rivers and his collaborators first hand, in an exclusive event on November 10th at Pat’s Barn, located at the RPI Tech Park. The barn was originally constructed in the mid-18th century and has been completely and thoughtfully restored into a charming, rustic event space.

We'll host a cocktail hour with open bar and hors d’oeuvres, followed by an interactive performance and meet and greet.  All proceeds from this event benefit Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation for childhood cancer research.
