Dear Director of Charitable Giving,

            The Offutt Officers’ Spouses’ Club is excited to announce our Eighth Annual Auction Fundraiser on Saturday, January 27, 2024. Thanks to the support from generous donors like you, our event continues to grow; allowing us to increase the overall support and impact being made in the lives of our local military families. 
The money raised from this year’s auction will benefit families of our local military heroes stationed at Offutt Air Force Base in Bellevue, Nebraska. Educational scholarships for graduating seniors, current college attendees and military spouses wishing to further their education are made possible through this event. Last year, we were able to award $10,000 in scholarships for deserving students. This could not have been done without your support.
Please consider supporting our military families today. We are currently seeking donations, and would greatly appreciate a gift card, basket, or other donated goods and services to be used in this year's auction. Our fundraising activity is being conducted entirely under the direction of the Offutt Officers’ Spouses’ Club, a private non-profit organization. Offutt Air Force Base and the United States Air Force are not sponsors of this organization, nor this function.
            For all contributions, please complete the pledge form attached to this email, or on our website here. All forms can be emailed back or mailed to the address found below. Donations can be picked up at your place of business, given to a board member, or sent to Offutt Officers’ Spouses’ Club, P.O. Box 13016, Offutt AFB, NE 68133. We understand that you may prefer to donate in 2023 or January 2024 based on your charitable giving for the year. We are flexible with either option.
            Our auction is set to be an in person event on January 27, 2024, but in the event that the base guidelines restrict us from an in person event we will hold an online auction.
