The CEF Golf Tournament features breakfast, golf, and lunch in the mountains followed by a raffle, games, and a live auction. All proceeds from this event fund Teacher Innovation Grants, which are awarded to teachers who dream big, think outside the box, and inspire their students to do the same. Each year, CEF awards over $100K in Teacher Innovation Grants to teachers districtwide. This year, grants funded telescopes, earthquake shake tables, software for theater sound design, specialized chairs for music students, Electro-Trainers for diesel mechanics students, woodworking tools for making guitars, software that gives special needs students meaningful access to general education curriculum, and more.

I have personally been involved in surprising teachers in their classrooms as these grants were awarded, so I've seen firsthand how excited the students get when they find out what their teacher is going to be able to bring to their classrooms thanks to the grant. It is not uncommon to see them respond with cheers, tears of joy, and hugs for their teacher. We would love to have your company help us bring these smiles to more classrooms.
