Hello!!

My name is Jenna Randall and I am assisting in the coordination of a Charity Event on May 18, 2024, being organized by American Off Road Customs, Barricade Off Road, and Vegas Valley 4 Wheelers. We have 4 confirmed charities, Race 2 Erase 22, The Fallen Officers Fund, Collaboration Center Foundation for Children, and Vegas Pet Rescue Project!!  At last year’s event, we had over 400 attendees and were able to donate over $7000 to our causes! This year we want to do it bigger and better!!

So where do you come in? We are asking for donations that we can raffle off. All monies from the raffle will go directly to the charities. We keep nothing!! We are fortunate enough to have sponsors that cover all our overhead, location for the event, and partners and vendors willing to donate their time for the causes.

Items can be as small or as big as you wish! We are able to come to your location to pick up any items, gift certificates, etc. that you may be able to share for this amazing event to help us give back to our community.

We would love to have you attend as well and are happy to add your business to flyers as a Thank You for your raffle donations. If you would like to set up a vendor booth at the event to advertise, we will provide the space at no cost. You will just need to bring the table, tent, etc. that you wanted to display.
