The Gower Foundation is excited to support students during our 3rd Annual Summer Read-A-Thon!  The summer read-a-thon encourages and motivates K-8th students to read during the summer, while raising money for classroom reading activities, author visits and support for Gower West and Middle school libraries. Students set personal goals for reading minutes and are rewarded throughout the summer at Foundation sponsored pop-up events each month.

We are thinking bigger this year and are looking to partner with local businesses and corporations to help support our goals. We’ve created ways for you to reach and drive awareness of your business to a targeted audience of parents and kids. Our goal is to raise $15,000–with all proceeds going right back to the schools—and students to read 62,000 minutes!
