Grace Christian Academy (GCA) is a very special treasure here in Falls Church, Virginia.  Founded by Grace Lutheran Church that has nearly 900 members, GCA serves an extraordinarily diverse population that includes African American, Asian, and Hispanic minorities who comprise over 50% of its student body.  Nearly 40% of our scholars receive financial aid due to economic need.  Over 16% of our school families are active military.

Grace Christian Academy offers a high performance, challenging education that puts our graduates on course to success in life.  GCA not only focuses on high scholastic performance but also on character-building in a loving, Christ-centered community, which involves and supports not just individual students but their families, as well.

Grace Lutheran Church is a source of significant support for the school by providing classroom space and services.  Without this support, GCA could not offer such low tuition rates as compared to other area private schools.  Though tuition covers many of the physical needs of the school, there remains a gap between tuition and the actual cost to educate a scholar. And because of their extraordinary outreach to help others, Grace Christian Academy provides tuition assistance to many families for whom a Christian education might be out of reach.

That’s why, on April 29, 2018 we are hosting our second annual fund-raising gala at the McLean Hilton.  The event will feature former Redskins’ great Joe Jacoby, who is a finalist for the Pro Football Hall of Fame.  The event will include dinner, entertainment, and both silent and live auctions.
