Our annual event is a time-honored tradition bringing together parents, families and friends of Bear Creek to celebrate community and fellowship. The Gala proceeds help fund The Bear Creek School today, tomorrow, and well into the future.

Like previous years, we offer both online and in-person events with a live auction and gourmet dinner. We will have fun games, a Super Silent auction with exclusive items and experiences only available for attendees, and an after-party with a DJ!

The online auction opens on Monday, March 24, featuring items such as trips, vacation homes, sporting events, entertainment, the beloved Unique to Bear Creek experiences with our amazing teachers and staff, and more! The online auction is free and open to all in the community. Make sure you register to participate and share with friends and family!
The in-person Gratitude Gala Dinner is on Saturday, March 29, 5:30 p.m., at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue. The fun evening will feature performances from our Upper School Jazz Band, a three-course gourmet dinner, a Super Silent and a Live auction with unique items and experiences, and the opportunity to make a gift to the Fund-A-Need that will enhance the Bear Creek School.
