Walnut Grove Elementary is excited to kick off the new school year with our online Silent Auction scheduled for the week of September 27th, and we could use your help!  Please consider donating an auction item or items. 

Our online auction is shared with more than 600 community members. We auction gift cards, merchandise, and services – all generously donated from businesses like yours.  Event proceeds help fund teacher/staff appreciation – much-needed in these ever-changing times for education. Additionally, proceeds will be used to purchase technology materials and instructional materials to enhance reading, math, and science skills, to support student life opportunities and to fund classroom improvements.  

Grizzly Fest is our school's annual fundraising event and includes the silent auction. Grizzly Fest is the most popular event at Walnut Grove of the year and is promoted through print, local signage, and email. 

We would appreciate a donation of any size. As a donor to the online auction, your business will be recognized on the auction site. We will also provide a donation receipt letter with the PTO’s tax-exempt ID number for your records.
