The P.T.O. of the Grove Avenue School in Barrington, Illinois is currently in the process of planning our
6th biennial Silent Auction & Parent Dinner Dance! This event will take place on Friday, February 3,
2023, and will feature a silent auction and raffle. This year we are offering our community a couple
ways to participate in this event to raise money for school programming for our beloved Barrington
elementary school.

The Grove Avenue P.T.O. is a not-for-profit organization, and all donations are tax deductible to the
extent of the law. For your records, our federal I.D. number is 36-3977482. Our tax-exempt number is
E9963-8150-04. We are happy to provide you with a copy of our certificate for your records, if needed.
To ensure your advertisement and/or donation is included in the Event Bid Booklet & Program,
please provide your Advertisement or Sponsorship by December 20th or your Donation by January 9,
2023. Advertisements and/or donations can be either picked up by a committee member, dropped
off at Grove Avenue School or emailed to us.
