Garden Gala is our annual fundraising event that is set up like a yard party. It benefits RUSC Kinship Mentoring, the local youth mentroing program. This year it is at the West Central Expermient Station at the University of MN Morris. The meal is free will donation so it is affordable for all and a local bank is providing free root beer floats. There will be facepainting and chirldren's crafts. This year we are partnering with the Early Childhood Initiative giving away free kids books that feature the Children's Gardens at the experiment station. Funds raised here provide the programming for youth mentoring in the community and in 3 of the 4 schools
