Greetings,
The most anticipated event of 2022 will be here before you know it. The Guadalupe County Youth Show
has created a high quality, high profile fundraiser event. The GALA will not only be an enjoyable
abundance of a fun social environment but will generate tremendous goodwill and resources for the
Guadalupe County Youth Livestock & Homemakers Show. The Fundraiser & Scholarship Gala attracts a
very large and affluent audience from Guadalupe County and beyond. Many will gather to enjoy fine food
and a great elegant party with live music.

On behalf of the Guadalupe County Youth Show, I am requesting donations to be included in our silent
and live auctions at the GALA 2022. A donation form for auction items is enclosed. Thank you for your
