The Eagle Booster Club (EBC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 2004 with the mission to provide the students of Three Rivers Elementary School (TRUS) with the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential in a stimulating environment through the cooperative interaction of parents, teachers and community.
TRUS is small, rural K-8 elementary school with less than 100 children enrolled. Because of our small size we do not have the budget for extracurricular activities or electives that enrich the students learning environment. Because of this, EBC has annual fundraisers to fill the gap and provide support to the school through supplementary educational material, educational programs, and other learning and creative opportunities.
On October 28, 2023, EBC will be hosting 73rd Annual Halloween Carnival at TRUS. The Halloween carnival is the cornerstone EBC fundraiser for the school, making up 50% of our annual operating budget, and the whole town participates. Last year, we had approximately 500 people attend with over 30 volunteers working the event.
At the Halloween Carnival we will be raffling merchandise donated from local businesses, hotels, and parks such as:
• Sports equipment for soccer, baseball, volleyball, and basketball
• Bikes and gear appropriately sized for elementary school students
• AirPods or other wireless headphones and headsets
• Game Consoles, games and game cards (Nintendo Switch, X-Box, PlayStation)
• Smart TVs and sound bars, laptops and iPads
• Giftcards or gift certificates to local restaurants and businesses
• Amusement park entrance tickets (family of 4)
• Sporting event tickets (family of 4)
• 1 night stays at surrounding destination locations

The Eagle Booster Club provides the students of Three Rivers Union School the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential in a stimulating environment through the cooperative interaction of parents, teachers, and the community.
Additionally, EBC will also accept cash donations in the form of a booth or bounce house sponsorship. To help defray the cost of renting inflatable bounce house or items that game booths require to operate, EBC is offering sponsorships ranging from $250 to $1000. Businesses and individuals that choose to sponsor a booth or bounce house will be given the opportunity to display their signage in front of the booth or bounce house and will be acknowledged on our social media and at the Halloween carnival.
