My name is Amber Clingerman, and I am writing to you today to ask if you would like to help donate toward our town event called Halloween High which will be held on October 29, 2022, at the Clyde Savannah High School Gym 215 Glasgow St Clyde, NY 14433 from 12:00 pm- 4:00 pm.

            Halloween High will feature multiple games, contest's, a hayride, music, candy, prizes and more.! We have come to recognize that not everyone can afford to enjoy this favorable holiday; so, we do our best to make sure everything is free. No matter the obstacles these past couple years we are dedicated to bringing the community the same fun-loving entertainment as previous years.

            So, this year as we build upon prior years success, if you wish to help make this event even more amazing and entertaining, we are only asking for any form of donation to help build the event for this year. The donations collected will help fund more games, contests and prizes that are awarded during the day. We want this to be a fun filled tradition that the town can continue to put on.

            If you decide to donate, we will place your company name on our donation board that will be displayed during the event! We will also mention you on our Facebook & Website! Deadline for donations is October 15, 2022. We are board approved through our local village office and work in conjunction with our local nonprofit organization Clyde SPAN.
