We are opening our 5th Health Center on August 10, 2022 for an open house to serve our community. This event is being held during our National Health Center Week which is August 7th to the 13th. We are requesting donations for raffle items in which patients and community can partake in when coming through the open house. Raffle is for attendance purposes and no charge will occur for raffle baskets.
