The HAMS PTO is officially up and running this school year as we recently became incorporated and obtained our non profit status. We are planning to have several events that include hosting Hamburg Area Middle School’s very first Scholastic Book Fair, a spaghetti supper, a student bizarre, a cornhole tournament, and many other fun events throughout the year.  All funds and donations raised will support the PTO’s various activities that benefit the students attending Hamburg Area Middle School. Our mission is to be able to enhance the students educational learning, provide additional equipment and supplies needed, and offer outside school activities all while incorporating the community. 

We are asking for YOUR support!  We are having a spaghetti supper Friday, November 3, 2023 and are hoping to have items to raffle off for the students to win for this event. Whether you can donate a gift certificate, a product, a service, or make a monetary donation, your participation is greatly appreciated!

As a nonprofit IRC §501(c)(3) organization, your donations to HAMS PTO are tax deductible.  We will provide a tax donation letter upon request.  Please submit a business card, brochure, menu or any other information about your business that may be displayed with your donation.  We also request that a receipt be included with your donation for our records.
