Harvest Festival
Carnival/Festival for Taper Tiger Paws PTOOct 19, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM
Taper Elementary School's Harvest Festival is a joyous community event that brings families together for a day of fun and celebration. The festival features a variety of carnival games, including ping-pong, apple bobbing, ring toss, and other fun games. One of our most popular activities is a Haunted Library! Kids and adults alike can enjoy these classic and innovative activities and test their skills while making wonderful memories.
Another standout attraction at the festival is the Trunk or Treat, where Taper’s dedicated teachers volunteer to decorate their car trunks and distribute treats. This popular activity is complemented by the support of local high school students, who help ensure the event runs smoothly.
The Harvest Festival is more than just a day of entertainment; it serves as a vital fundraiser for Taper Elementary. The funds raised during the event help enhance the educational experience for our students, supporting various programs and activities. It’s a great way for the community to come together, celebrate the season, and contribute to the enrichment of our school. Please consider donating material for us to create raffle prizes to incentivize participation in the games, and help make the Harvest Festival worthy of praise.
