Hello!

Each year the PTA at Ponca Elementary hosts the annual Harvest Hoopla. This is the BIGGEST fundraiser for our school. We offer carnival games and prizes, lots of food, raffles and a silent auction. PTA's mission is to make every child's potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children. This fundraiser allows us to complete our mission as a team.

The PTA dedicates most of its work to this one event because it provides the funds for our kids for the entire school year. This stops us from asking kids to sell items door to door and selling poorly made items. The Ponca PTA can only achieve its goals with the assistance of generous donations from members of our community. Without these donations, serving those in our area would not be possible.

Since our organization relies on the generosity of individuals like you, we write to ask you to consider a donation to our cause. You will not be helping just the children at Ponca Elementary; you will be helping them serve our community for years to come. We are very proud of our school and hope you will be honored to donate.

We would love donations of any kind of items, gift certificates or services. Our Harvest Hoopla Event will be on Thursday, September 29th, 2022.
