Since 1917, the Greater Claremont Chamber of Commerce has existed to enhance, promote and support economic stability and growth in the communities it serves. The Chamber's mission is founded in its vision to:

• Be a community and business leader and a sought-after partner in economic development and tourism, community enhancement, and civic engagement for our region;
• Work to create a vibrant and prosperous business community in Sullivan County;
• Be a conduit for communication, education and evaluation for the business community of Sullivan County.

Additionally, we operate an affiliated Scholarship Fund, which is a separate 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is overseen by the Greater Claremont Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Committee. As a result of annual fundraising efforts and community support, scholarship awards are distributed to a varied number of recipients each year within two categories:

• High School Seniors: a graduating Claremont-area high school senior from a public or private high school; and
• Continuing Education: a current member or employee of a member of the Chamber.

Our annual Auction Gala serves as the premier fundraising event of the year, with historic attendance benchmarks of more than 125 local business owners, community leaders and officials from local and state governments honoring the guest list. The 2023 Gala will be held on Saturday, May 20 at the local Senior Center venue in Claremont, New Hampshire. Along with food and beverage service, the evening will feature networking, music, dancing and the main event: a showcase of exciting live and silent auctions and raffles.

We invite you to be a part of the occasion! We will have a specific silent auction table identified for fundraising toward our charitable Scholarship Fund. We kindly request a donation of an item, product or service from your organization in support of this initiative. Any level of contribution is greatly appreciated in the efforts to continue this work in support of the Greater Claremont Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Fund.
