Montair Elementary School’s annual Auction & Gala will take place on February 29, 2020 at Diablo Country Club. Last year over 200 Danville parents attended the auction and gala and raised over $200k in funds. Every year the auction & gala grows and 2020 will be even bigger with a popular theme of Havana Nights.

Nestled at the base of Las Trampas Ridge, the Montair has been serving Westside Danville families for
over 50 years. We have great teachers, dedicated parents, and 500+ promising students who rely on
auction proceeds, generated in part through the contributions of local businesses, to help create a
well-rounded and inspiring education. Proceeds have provided critical support for a full-time
librarian, a dedicated science teacher, a new computer lab, and several music & arts programs.
All donated items and services, outright gifts, and Event Sponsors will be recognized in the auction
catalog and on the website. Depending on the level and type of contribution, your business name
and community commitment will also be showcased at the event or in pre-event materials and
outreach. There are also event sponsorship opportunities as well.
