You can help keep our seniors safe on one of the most high-risk nights of their lives by donating to Hayfield’s Class of 2023 All Night Grad Party (ANGP), a celebration which provides an alcohol, drug and smoke-free event.  This annual event is sponsored by the Hayfield Secondary PTSA, a non-profit 501(c)(3) and will be supervised by parent chaperones.

This will certainly be a special night for our graduating class of 2023 as they reach this significant milestone.  The last few years have not been easy for anyone and we are hoping to give the class of 2023 a night they will never forget!  On the night of June 10th, they will travel to The St. James Sport Complex in Springfield, Virginia and will celebrate all night long.  The ANGP will allow our seniors to celebrate their accomplishments, friendships, and the great times they have had together.

In order to help make this evening a success, we need YOUR help.  Because we want to make this event affordable for all of our seniors, we are reaching out to local businesses like yours and asking for a sponsorship or a silent auction item to be auctioned at our annual craft fair on April 15th, 2023 where we expect thousands of patrons.  Monetary donations and all proceeds from the silent auction will go towards admission to The St. James, transportation to and from, raffle prizes (gift cards, school/dorm items, etc.) and other related costs.
