I am writing to you for a very special reason – to ask you to consider being an important part of Hayfield Secondary School’s 2025 graduating class by making a silent auction item donation, proceeds from which will go towards our All  Night Grad Party (ANGP).  

Your generous donation will help keep our seniors safe on one of the most high-risk nights of their lives. ANGP is an alcohol-, drug-, and smoke-free celebration supervised by parent chaperones and sponsored each year by  Hayfield Secondary School’s PTSA, a non-profit 501(c)(3).

This will be a special night for our graduating class of 2025 as they reach this significant milestone; and we are planning to give our seniors a night they will never forget! On the night of June 5th, they will celebrate all night long at The St. James Sport Complex in Springfield, Virginia. ANGP allows our seniors to celebrate their accomplishments, friendships, and the great times they have had together in a safe and fun environment.  

In order to help make this evening a success, we need YOUR help. Because we want to make this event  affordable for all our seniors, we are reaching out to local businesses like yours and asking for a silent auction item donation. The silent auction will take place at our Annual Craft Fair on April 5th, 2025, where we expect thousands of patrons. All proceeds from the silent auction will go towards admission to The St. James, food and drinks, raffle prizes, and other related costs.
