Heart 4 The City Inc. and Lifelink of Georgia are teaming up to host a FREE Health and Wellness event for the community. This event aims to promote personal overall health awareness within the community, encompassing mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. The event will offer free healthcare screenings, including blood pressure and glucose checks, to provide residents with valuable health information.

In addition to healthcare screenings, there will be a Zumba instructor leading energetic dance sessions to encourage physical activity and fitness. Healthy food options will be available to promote nutritious eating habits and well-being. Educational resources will be availble as well. 

The event will also feature music, fun, and games for the whole family to enjoy. It will be a lively and engaging gathering that aims to inspire residents to make positive changes towards a healthier lifestyle.
