The 2023 Heart of the House Island Party presented by La-Z-Boy is the largest fundraiser of the year to support Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central and Northern Arizona. Last year, the event raised over $540,000 to support programs which provide a "home-away-from-home" for children and their families traveling to the Valley to receive treatment for serious, often life-threatenting illnesses and injuries. This year's event will include a dinner reception, live music and dancing, trip raffle, silent and live auctions, and a mission celebration. Auction donations will be used as part of our silent auction, a large contributor to the success of this event. 

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central and Northern Arizona (RMHCCNAZ) operates three "houses" in the Valley, and can accommodate 72 families a night.  At no charge, families stay for days, weeks, sometimes months at a time while their children receive care. Since opening its doors in 1985, families from across the state and around the world have checked into RMHCCNAZ more than 58,000 times.
