The Heart-to-Heart with The Adoption Community is an event bringing together families. This event is a way to celebrate National Adoption Month and to hear the perspectives from diffrent people in the community. All funds raised at this event will go to AFTH's Scholarship Fund -- a fund helping Birth Parents wanting to get a degree reach their goal!
