Did you know? 1 in 4 pregnancies ends in a loss yet many parents suffer in silence with little or no resources. We are here to help! Through the Heart is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in the Washington, DC area that offers pregnancy loss programs nationwide. Since November 2013, we have provided more than 2,800 Comfort Kits free of charge to individuals who recently suffered a loss and have reached all 50 states and the District of Columbia. We also educate through the distribution of postcards and booklets and work hand-in-hand with doctors, therapists, and social workers.  

Our work is only possible because of generous supporters like you! Would you be willing to donate to our organization this year? Gift cards, tickets, products/services, coupons or other items will be used for our 8th annual online auction to be held October 7-10 during our Heartoberfest event as part of Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Month. Funds raised will support our Comfort Kit and educational programs.

We have donors, volunteers, and program recipients all over the country, including in your area, who come to our auction. In 2020, more than 120 businesses and individuals from coast to coast donated items and helped us raise an auction-record $4,885 - we hope we can count on you to join them this year!

Our tax ID # is 46-2933481 and your donation is fully tax-deductible. Your business will be mentioned on our website, social media, monthly donor email, and auction marketing materials. Last year’s auction saw more than 900 bids so your company will receive plenty of publicity!
