Help A Horse Day is on 4/26 each year in celebration of the day the ASPCA ws founded. Horse rescues across the country offer events to honor and thank the ASPCA for all the work they do for equines.
We have had a previous event at WhirlyBall- people love the game (sort of like basketball in bumper cars using a alacrosse ball and racket...). We had a great response in the past and feel that sine we are in the rainy Pacific Northwest it will be best to plan an indoor event.
We provide a meal, a drink and a two games of WhirlyBall. They are letting us bring our mascot, Petey the donkey, too!
