The Drama Company at Framingham High School is producing an auction to fundraise for our upcoming trip to explore the theaters of London. During this trip we will see shows on the West End, explore London, and see the house of William Shakespeare. At Framingham High School our Drama Company puts on traditionally three shows a year, a fall play, a winter musical and participates in the Massachusetts Educational Theater Guild one-act play competition. This past season we put on 6 shows and were able to fundraise to take 61 members to Disney World during April Vacation. This year we will not be able to take on as many productions so we are looking for other ways to fundraise for this upcoming trip. The Framingham High School Drama Company is a very diverse community which was showcased in our  production of Lin Manuel Miranda’s ‘In The Heights’, a story of the Latinx community in a suburb of New York City struggling with the challenges of identity and financial hardships that many members connected too, and continued into our spring production of Disney’s ‘High School Musical’. We hope you will consider supporting the Framingham High School Drama Company with a contribution.

We would like for your company to help us reach our $30,000 goal. Your generous support is critical in allowing us to decrease the cost of this trip so that more members of our company can join us on this unforgettable experience. 

Proceeds from this fundraiser will go toward supporting our travelers to reduce the cost of the trip as well as provide scholarships to students in need.
