Thank you for your past support of Hidden Valley Elementary School in Martinez. Our student
community continues to grow and thrive because of your generous philanthropy.
It is once again time for our Annual Dinner Auction Fundraiser, one of our largest events
of the year! It will be held in April, we are busy working hard at planning the event,
spreading the word, and gathering donations from our families and local businesses.
In the past, the funds raised at our auction helped us provide students with computers, furniture,
office supplies, educational programs, assemblies, and additional support faculty. Most recently,
we were able to upgrade the school’s dated water fountains with water bottle fill stations. This
year, we would like to install air conditioning in the multipurpose room and erect shade structures
over the play areas.
We realize that many community organizations solicit your aid, but we are hoping that you
continue to find our children a worthy cause. Our PFC (Parent Faculty Club) works diligently to
fundraise for many of the necessities our students would otherwise go without, and we hope we
can count on your participation in our annual school auction and dinner gala - our largest
fundraiser of the year - to bring our plans to life.
