The Highland Park Families Foundation is committed to enriching and strengthening the lives in the communities we serve.  The past few years we have concentrated on helping out those who are in the greatest of need.  Many people in our Hartford area commnity have fallen increasingly behind amid the COVID-19 pandemic.  We are seeing more and more families dealing with the rising cost of housing, food and transportation.  Residents are trying to chooose between paying their rent or medical bills, buying food and transporation.  In crisis situations such as these we have many great community partners who are able to provide real-time assistance with food, shelter, transportation and medical expenses where they can prevent families from losing a job, falling into homelessness or facing another day without food.  The Highland Park Families Foundation Golf Touranmnt and Dinner provies an opportunity for our vendor, customer and friends in the community to come out and supoort those in need in our direct community.  All Proceeds from the touranment will  go into the local community to support those in need. 

The Highland Park Families Foundation Golf Tournament and Charity Dinner have grown from a one day 120 person event to a two day tournament with over 450 people attending.  The annual golf tournament kicks off on Wednesday, June 1st and continues into another full day on June 2nd.  The day begins at 9 am with registration and culminates with dinner at 5 pm.  The dinner includes two local media celebrities, Scot Haney from WFSB and David Fisch from The Whale who help us with a live auction and raffle.
