Today, I'm writing to ask you to support the Literacy Council of South Temiskaming in its fundraising efforts. We are a community-based non-profit agency that provides Upgrading and Training to local adults.
One of our most successful fundraising events is our annual Hilda Fowke Memorial Spelling Bee and Dinner, held on Thursday, September 28, 2023. We are looking for silent auction items and monetary donations. All raised funds will go towards much-needed classroom supplies, textbooks, and equipment for our students.
