As part of our commitment to nurturing the spiritual growth of our youth, Hillcrest Baptist Church is organizing a Silent Auction to raise funds for our students to attend summer camp and participate in a life-changing mission trip. We firmly believe that these experiences can be transformative for our young members, allowing them to strengthen their faith, develop leadership skills, and cultivate a sense of community and service.

Our Silent Auction will take place on Sunday, October 29 at Hillcrest Baptist Church and we are reaching out to generous individuals and organizations in our community to request donations that will help us achieve our fundraising goal. Your support is invaluable in making these opportunities accessible to our students.

We are seeking a wide variety of items and services that can be included in the Silent Auction. These can range from gift certificates, electronics, sports memorabilia, art, jewelry, vacation packages, and much more. If you have a product or service that you can contribute, it would be greatly appreciated. All donors will be given recognition at the event as well as being listed as a sponsor corresponding to the donated item(s). As a 501(c)3 organization, we can provide a tax receipt for all donations upon request.
