The Women in Mission of Calvary Lutheran Church will hold their 53rd annual Holiday Bazaar on Saturday, November 12, 2022 in the school gym located at 6111 Shelby Street, Indianapolis, IN  46227. A feature of the bazaar is the Silent Auction, consisting of donated items displayed with a bid sheet. Throughout the day, attendees have the opportunity to bid on these items. 

We ask that you consider donating an auction item for our event. You will be recognized for your donation in several ways:

• Donors and sample donated items are displayed on our website
• Event programs are distributed to all attendees, listing all donations
• Your name and location are printed on the Silent Auction donation bid sheet(s)

Seventy-five percent (75%) of the proceeds from Calvary’s Annual Bazaar will go toward missions and outreach projects.  This year’s main recipients are Hunger, Inc., Calvary’s science tables and chairs in the science lab, as well as contributing to the replacement of the sanctuary lighting fund. Thanks to our generous donors, in 2019 we contributed $3,196 to each of the following:  Mike Rowe WORKS Foundation, Second Helpings, Inc. and Calvary’s gym folding chairs/racks & speakers.  

We historically welcome more than 800 people to our event. We thank you for your consideration of our request and look forward to your favorable reply and support.
