I am writing to you on behalf of the East Smithfield Public Library to request a donation for our annual Holiday Bazaar scheduled for Friday, December 2nd (noon to 6pm) and Saturday, December 3th (10 AM – 2 PM). This is the library’s biggest fundraiser, with several hundred people expected. The East Smithfield Public Library is a nonprofit organization with 501(c)3 status (EIN 05-0315484).
