YBEC’S MISSION

Yellow Breeches Educational Center is a non-profit program with 5 campuses across central PA. YBEC utilizes experiential education for Elementary and Secondary age special education students who have not had success in the public education setting. YBEC is committed to providing a quality, comprehensive, life-enhancing educational experience that is an alternative to traditional settings where our students have not been able to reach their full potential. Yellow Breeches pairs adventure and experiential opportunities with academic and transition curriculum to prepare our students for post-secondary endeavors.

TEACHER APPRECIATION DONATIONS

We are reaching out to local and mission-aligned organizations to request donations for our annual raffle events. Twice a year, winter and before summer break, we host an event to celebrate our teachers, drivers, and support staff. We raffle off items to recognize everyone’s dedication to our students throughout the year. We would appreciate a donation of any raffle basket items. We recognize our sponsors by sending out an email of items to be raffled off with our donor’s logo, as well as recognition during our event. We are happy to post a thank you on our social media page in return for your generosity to our local community. We are a 501(c) non-profit program. Thank you for your time and consideration.
