The Outreach Adult Day Program is a social recreational program for adults living with Dementia, cognitive impairments, and/or at risk for social isolation. The program is designed to optimize an individual’s functional abilities and level of independence, thereby enabling them to remain in their home/community as long as possible. Harmer House is a non-profit charitable organization. Our program is funded by the Ministry of Health, Long-Term Care, client fees, and fundraising.

Harmer House Outreach Adult Day Program will be hosting our annual Christmas Fundraiser, which includes a bake sale and raffle to raise money for our adult day program services!

We are a non-profit organization that works to serve clients and families who live in the Bells Corners area specifically older adults living with cognitive impairments and disabilities. For our raffle, we are looking for raffle prizes such as gift certificates, gift baskets, or other such items.
