This year the Tricky Tray will be held on November 22, 2019 in our school gym. The proceeds from this event gives us the opportunity to continually improve our STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) program; provide additional resources to students and teachers; improve the school grounds and facility; and offer extra-curricular activities like sports and science clubs. The tremendous support we receive through community donations, enables us to continue to provide high-quality and affordable education. We are a 501C (3) non-profit organization.

We would be delighted if your business would consider contributing to our Tricky Tray by making a monetary donation or by donating a gift certificate, individual items, or a gift basket that we will raffle at our auctions. Your generous donation will help us raise necessary funds for our school and will be acknowledged in our auction program. This event is sold out every year with over 300 local residents in attendance. This is a great way to put your company’s name in front of local residents, professionals and businesses.

In addition to your ad, all advertisers are invited to include promotional materials to be distributed to our guests. Kindly contact us to arrange a time to drop off your items.
